Originally, "Bands of 30A" began with the Storm Relief Concert in September 2017 for Hurricane Harvey and Irma victims. It was intended to be a one time fundraiser concert, but after the amazing response the idea grew into more.
We started the process of creating "Bands of 30A", a not for profit organization. April Roach, with iPromoteu, and Crystal Smith, owner of 30A Event Planning, stepped up to help musician Casey Kearney take it on. These three ladies began coordinating all the details.
The vision for Bands of 30A is to impact our community through these musical events to raise funds and awareness for local charities. Bands of 30A continues to have a variety of local bands at each concert and selects different charities as beneficiaries.
Bands of 30A has raised over $100,000.00 for these deserving charities. They have gained a following who faithfully come out to support this cause.
